8月28日，智升集团控股（08370）发布公告，预计截至2026年6月30日止财政年度，本公司拥有者应占亏损将扩大约40%至45%。去年同期本公司录得拥有者应占亏损约1351万元。
公告指出，亏损扩大主要由于过去收购产生的商誉计提额外资产减值损失，以及本期发行可换股债券产生的相关财务费用增加。
