8月25日，济南黄岗路黄河隧道正式通车，这是目前世界最大直径水下盾构隧道。承担此次掘进任务的是当前世界在建最大直径的泥水平衡盾构机“山河号”盾构机，开挖直径达17.5米，相当于六层楼高；开挖断面240㎡，相当于半个篮球场大小。
