8月26日，佳能在东京宣布，将于2026年9月上旬，推出适配采用G8代玻璃基板*1的FPD（Flat Panel Display）平板显示曝光机“MPAsp-H1003H”（2022年7月上市机型）专用LED照明*2选配项目。该选配项目将采用LED光源，用以替换传统水银灯。
