近日，广东中山合生帝景城小区物业服务中心贴出通知：住宅物业费从2.6元/㎡/月降至1.98元/㎡/月。这已是年内第二次下调，两次叠加，一套百平方米住宅一年少交1200元。这不是个例，放眼全国，多地小区纷纷调低物业收费标准，延续多年的“物业费只涨不跌”惯性正在被打破。
