CD Projekt Red官方确认，《巫师4》计划于2028年发售，目前开发工作正在加速推进。
在《巫师4》到来之前，玩家将率先迎来《巫师3》的新扩展内容。官方宣布，名为“Songs of the Past”的DLC将于明年上线，作为系列回归的前奏。
这一安排意味着，距离《巫师4》正式发售还有约两年时间，而老玩家可以先通过《巫师3》的最新DLC重温猎魔人的世界。
