教育的终极目标：把孩子培养成一个真正独立的人|人格|儿童心理读物

实打实的教育, 压根儿不是要把小孩雕琢成我们渴求的模样, 而是助力他们变成其自身。我一直坚信, 每个小孩皆是独一份儿的个体, 存有归属于自身的成长步调跟生命路径。身为教育工作者或者家长, 我们能够做的是给予土壤和阳光, 而非强行去修剪枝叶。长久的发展情形, 展现在三个关键维度: 习惯、思维与人品。这三者彼此缠绕, 一同决定了一个小孩日后能走多远。

习惯如何影响孩子一生的发展

习惯堪称教育的基石, 良好习惯一旦得以形成, 便会于潜移默化里塑造孩子的行为模式, 进而对他们的思维方式以及价值取向产生影响。

诸多家长过度看重孩子的学习成绩, 然而却疏漏了日常习惯的培育, 有一个孩子每天在固定的时间进行阅读, 还有一个孩子只会在考试之前才临时抱佛脚, 这两个孩子, 在学习态度以及自主性方面会存在极为显著的差异, 所不同的习惯可不只是时间管理或者生活规律而已，其实更是一种内在的自我约束能力。

“habit”的形成需重复以及坚持, 然而这并非代表机械式的训练, 实际有效的习惯培养, 应构建于理解和认同的根基之上，当孩子清楚为何要有某个具体习惯时, 他们才会主动去执行, 而不是被动地服从。

其累积效应乃是习惯的力量所在, 一个瞧着微不足道之小习惯, 然而凭借日复一日坚持积累后会汇聚成巨大改变, 这便是为何有些孩子于学业方面表现出色, 是, 而有些孩子呢就是在社交里头能够游刃有余, 在这背后呀其实全都是良好习惯在发挥支撑作用。

思维塑造决定孩子未来的竞争力

要是讲习惯属于地基, 那思维便是建筑的结构, 思维方式决定了孩子怎样处理信息, 怎样解决问题, 以及如何看待世界。

脑袋里思考方式的进展构成一个持续相当长时间的进程, 那是得要有充分剂量的耐心和空间才行的。在时机尚早便对着儿童施加压力, 去追逐那种名为"快速达成"的状态, 常常就会掐灭他们内心对思考的渴望之情。真正称得上具有智慧的教育方式, 是要让小孩在尝试犯错的过程里实现成长, 于进行探索的期间寻觅到新发现的。

人格完善是孩子成长的根本

教育的最终归宿为人格, 不管习惯何等良好, 思维多么敏捷, 要是人格不够健全, 孩子仍旧难于获取真正的幸福跟成功。
