【中国银行：完成发行200亿元减记型无固定期限资本债券】 中国银行公告称，经股东大会审议及监管机构批准，公司在全国银行间债券市场发行的减记型无固定期限资本债券于2026年8月24日发行完毕。本期债券发行规模为200亿元，前5年票面利率为1.86%，每5年调整一次，在第5年及之后的每个付息日附发行人赎回权，募集资金将用于补充公司其他一级资本。
