近日，AI-RAN与 6G 时代领跑的射频技术与产品平台公司恒湾科技宣布完成B+轮融资，本轮由深创投领投，国开科创、沃赋创投等跟投。据悉，资金将主要用于核心芯片自研、AI-RAN 与 6G 技术研发，以及海外市场的深化布局。
