北京商报讯（记者 刘一博 冯若男）8月24日，北京商报记者从张裕发布的公告中获悉，张裕股份董事会审议通过高级管理人员聘任议案，聘任孔庆昆为公司副总经理，不再担任总经理助理。孔庆昆现年54岁，曾任公司总经理办公室副主任、主任及监事会主席。
