IT之家 8 月 24 日消息，国内首款 3nm 智驾高算力 AI 芯片 —— 小米玄戒 D100 今日正式亮相。玄戒 D100 已经研发完成，明年正式商用。
据介绍，该芯片采用 3nm 先进工艺，20 核高性能 CPU 与 16 核高算力 NPU 强劲组合。最高可支持 160GB 统一内存，可本地部署 200B 参数量超大模型。
