据中央气象台消息，“简拉维”今天（24日）11点由热带低压加强为热带风暴级，其中心已于今天12点30分在福建省泉州市台商投资区张坂镇沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒），中心最低气压为998百帕。
