日前，山东、山西、内蒙古、宁夏等4省区实施原产地证书管理信息互认新模式，实现原产地证书签发在海关与贸促会之间的“一次核查、结果互认”，可压缩原产地证书签发时间1到3天，这也是全国首次开展跨省区、跨部门间原产地证书管理信息共享、互认。
