8月24日消息，阿里巴巴港股股价下跌8.21%，每股达112.9港元，较昨日收盘前下跌10.1港元，市值达2.16万亿。
消息面上，港交所今日公告，为加强全栈AI能力及基础设施建设，阿里巴巴拟向美国境外非美国人士，按配售价112.7港元每股配售股份认购7.1亿股新股份。预计配售将于8月26日结束。
假设配售股份总数已全部配售予承配人，预计配售所得款项总额将为800亿港元，而配售所得款项净额约为797亿港元。
