北京时间8月24日，WTA1000辛辛那提站决赛，高芙2-0战胜佩古拉成功夺冠，这也是她时隔三年再次夺得该项赛事的冠军。
首盘高芙开局就破发两次，取得了5-0的领先，虽然佩古拉化解了一次发球胜盘局，但是高芙第三次破发，首盘6-2获胜。
第二盘高芙依旧先破发，在5-3领先后她的发球胜赛局被破掉，但她马上在佩古拉的发球局Love Game破发，6-4战胜对手夺冠。
