齐鲁网·闪电新闻8月23日讯近日，有多名家长、考生投诉称：去当地邮政邮寄高考毕业生档案时，却被要求必须先办电话卡，才能受理档案寄递业务，实行业务捆绑。随后，四川泸州市邮政管理局回应：已下发监管提示函，督促整改，严禁强制搭售。（澎湃新闻）
