据湖北日报，8月22日，光谷“梧桐树计划”17个项目集中签约，总投资60多亿元。翻开名单，中国集成电路产业链的头部企业几乎全部在列：中微公司、中科飞测、微导纳米、臻宝科技……从光刻到刻蚀，从沉积到抛光，从设备到零部件，从量检测到设计，全链条集齐。这不是一次普通的招商签约，这是中国集成电路产业一场生态级的集结。
