“福建应急管理”消息，台湾岛以东热带低压已加强为今年第20号台风“简拉维”，预计将沿西北方向快速移动，强度变化不大。省气象台8月22日15时发布“台风预警Ⅳ级”，根据《福建省防汛抗旱防台风应急预案》，省防指决定8月22日15时启动防台风四级应急响应。
