8月22日，宏利基金公告称，李辉接替丁闻聪出任公司总经理（法定代表人）、财务负责人。李辉先后任职于上海远洋运输公司、中宏人寿保险、海康人寿保险、AIG集团、星展银行、国泰基金。2023年9月至2026年7月，李辉任职于兴业基金，担任总经理，2026年8月加入宏利基金。公告显示，因宏利基金原督察长于今年6月10日离任，李辉将代为履行督察长职务，代履职期限合计不超过6个月。
