据《慕尼黑日报》报道，乌利-赫内斯因在位于巴特维塞的住宅内种植两棵树，被邻居告上法庭。邻居认为，这两棵树种植在了规定禁止种植的区域内。案件将于下周四在慕尼黑第二地区法院开庭审理。
提起诉讼的邻居，其房产位于赫内斯土地南侧并与之相邻。对方认为，赫内斯种植的两棵树位于禁止种植的区域，因此对此提出异议。
赫内斯则持不同看法，他认为涉事位置并不属于限制种植的区域。在法院开庭审理前，赫内斯拒绝就此事发表评论。
