8月21日，界面新闻获悉，中诚华隆正式推出正式推出全新HL200推理芯片及超节点智算集群方案。该芯片单卡FP4算力为4P、FP8算力2P、FP16/BF16算力0.5P，能效比达5.12 TFLOPS/W，并原生支持FP4、FP8低精度推理。HL200超节点智算集群方案单机柜支持64张GPU互联，单节点最高可实现1024卡纵向堆叠，横向最高可扩展至10240卡规模。
