8月21日，银河磁体（300127）发布公告，公司董事会秘书朱魁文兼任财务总监，为规范履职安排，朱魁文向董事会提交辞职报告，申请辞去财务总监职务，将继续担任董事会秘书。
公司已聘任郭辉勇担任财务总监，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第八届董事会任期届满。
2026年中期，银河磁体实现收入5.43亿元，归母净利润1.17亿元。
