8月20日，上海市出台楼市“沪八条”，包括优化公积金政策，把首付款的支持范围从预售新建商品住房扩大到购买现房，购房契税、住房配套的车位车库购置等均纳入公积金的支持范围。上海还出台了阶段性购房补贴政策，符合条件的单套最高可补贴8万元。
