当地时间8月20日，央视记者获悉，美国联邦调查局（FBI）当天逮捕一名女子，指控其策划袭击位于纽约州首府城市奥尔巴尼的纽约州议会大厦。
FBI在刑事诉状中称，35岁的杰西卡·鲍伊（Jessica Bowie）曾在网络交流中宣誓效忠"伊斯兰国"，并于今年7月开始策划相关袭击。（央视记者 刘旭）
