人民财讯8月20日电，首创环保(600008)8月20日公告，公司子公司前海首创拟投资建设河南省新乡市延津县垃圾焚烧供热供汽项目，垃圾处理规模500吨/日，项目总投资为2.54亿元；同时由前海首创全资设立子公司延津县首创供热有限公司负责该项目的运营，运营期29年，前海首创现金出资7625万元，持有其100%股权。
