【中银航空租赁：披露董事会成员及委员会组成】 中银航空租赁公告称，公司董事会成员包括执行董事卓成文、Steven Matthew Townend，非执行董事陈翔、靳红举、金彦、刘云飞，独立非执行董事戴德明、付舒拉、Antony Nigel Tyler、杨志威、杨贤。自2026年8月20日起，各董事会专门委员会主席及委员安排已确定，其中卓成文任提名委员会、战略及预算委员会主席，戴德明任审计委员会主席，付舒拉任薪酬委员会主席，Antony Nigel Tyler任风险委员会主席。
