8月18日上午10时，2026年二季度“辽宁省见义勇为勇士”发布会在沈阳举行，130余名各界代表齐聚现场，共同致敬全省27名见义勇为凡人英雄。此次上榜勇士来自沈阳、大连、本溪、盘锦等十市，事迹集中于水域救人、火场抢险、制止违法犯罪、交通事故救援、冰面施救五大场景，其中9人为牺牲英雄。简要事迹如下：
