网宿科技8月19日公告，公司近日收到招商银行上海分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，贷款金额不超过5.4亿元，且不超过实际回购金额的90%，贷款期限不超过3年，专项用于回购公司股票。此前公司拟以自有或自筹资金回购股份，回购资金总额不低于3亿元且不超过6亿元，回购价格不超过21.17元/股，回购股份将全部注销并减少注册资本。
