8月18日，株冶集团（600961）发布公告，公司召开董事会会议，同意聘任方祥东担任董事会秘书。
方祥东，1975年11月出生，曾在公司铅冶炼厂工作，并曾担任公司铅冶炼厂副厂长、安全环保部副部长、安全环保部部长，株洲冶炼集团科技开发有限责任公司副总经理，湖南株冶有色金属有限公司办公室主任。
2026年一季度，株冶集团实现收入70.08亿元，归母净利润11.44亿元。
