运河鲜闻｜多瑙河与大运河的夏夜交响 罗马尼亚国宝级音乐家在扬州奏响东欧经典

大运河传媒讯（董明 桂艳）8月17日晚，扬州运河大剧院琴音流转，一场以多瑙河为名的音乐会在这里如约上演。来自罗马尼亚的两位国宝级艺术家——小提琴家戴安娜·吉帕与钢琴家斯特凡·多尼加，以“浓情夏日 沉醉梦幻多瑙河”为主题，为观众带来跨越山海的音乐盛宴。从埃内斯库的《塔兰泰拉》到《茉莉花》，艺术家用一首首乐曲，让相隔万里的多瑙河与大运河在音符中交汇。

被誉为“多瑙河银冠之国”的罗马尼亚，是被这条蓝色河流滋养的音乐熔炉，从埃内斯库到利帕蒂，这片土地以其独特的民间血脉与古典传承，为世界奏出动人心魄的旋律。此前，罗马尼亚布加勒斯特音乐剧院和罗马尼亚DUO APERTO乐团曾先后携经典曲目到高邮倾情献演。本次音乐会演出阵容强大。戴安娜·吉帕是全球首位在南极大陆举办专业音乐会的小提琴家，她曾以不到100天完成七大洲巡演创下吉尼斯世界纪录，并获罗马尼亚音乐评论界最高奖“卓越奖”。斯特凡·多尼加则是唯一录制斯克里亚宾全套钢琴玛祖卡的罗马尼亚钢琴家，其世界首录的博特凯维奇钢琴协奏曲获《留声机》杂志权威推荐。这是他们首次来扬演出。

音乐会曲目兼具深度与匠心。开篇以罗马尼亚最伟大作曲家乔治·埃内斯库的《塔兰泰拉》点燃全场，呈现原汁原味的“罗马尼亚之魂”；奇普里安·波隆贝斯库的《叙事曲》因作曲家同名纪录电影而被中国观众熟知，如泣如诉、扣人心弦；贝拉·巴托克《第一狂想曲》则将民族风情与狂想气质完美融合，炽烈奔放。压轴之作萨拉萨蒂《卡门幻想曲》改编自比才歌剧，是小提琴曲目中技巧难度最高的作品之一，热情如火、炫目收官。

两首中国作品的演绎成为当晚温暖的意外。由郎朗改编的小提琴与钢琴版《茉莉花》，以江南清韵赋予民歌新的光泽；《梁祝》奏响时，大屏幕上蝴蝶翩跹于花丛，“Butterfly Lovers”（蝴蝶恋人）的英文译名让观众会心一笑——无需言语，爱情与美的共鸣如此自然。当晚最大的惊喜，莫过于《爱在罗马尼亚》全球首演，由两位艺术家为罗马尼亚国家文旅宣传片联袂创作，大屏幕同步呈现两人在金色麦田中合奏的唯美画面，音乐与影像交相辉映，赢得经久不息的掌声。每首曲目演奏前，艺术家都会做简要介绍，大屏同步展出与作品相关的巨幅影像，东欧的城市、乡村、山水呈现在眼前，让观众在视听双重享受中领略罗马尼亚的人文与自然之美。有观众感叹：“从曲目选择到现场导赏，从音乐到视觉，每一处都精心设计，这是一场用心用情的高水平演出。”

“我喜欢美丽的中国音乐，这次很高兴有机会演奏《梁祝》。”戴安娜·吉帕分享道，她特地微调了小提琴演奏技巧，使之发出的声音有中国传统乐器二胡的味道。“这样的乐声太美好了！” 斯特凡·多尼加则告诉大运河传媒记者，这次音乐会他和搭档精心挑选了最能代表罗马尼亚和中国的经典曲目，希望以音乐在两国人民间架起一座文化之桥。得知扬州是《茉莉花》的诞生地，他更是十分激动，表示想要研究中国的民俗音乐，“期待有机会制作完整的中国音乐节目，这些音乐值得呈现给全世界，它们是代表全人类财富的音乐。”

“这是一场引人入胜的旅程，带领观众领略全球最受珍视的经典杰作，触动心灵并激发灵感，通过音乐这一通用语言将我们所有人紧密相连。”北京罗马尼亚文化中心主任利维乌·策兰努说，罗马尼亚有多瑙河，中国有大运河，文化或许是这两条河流之间最好的连接，他愿积极推动罗马尼亚和中国开展更多文化艺术交流，促进两国民心相通。

Grand Canal Media News (Dong Ming, Gui Yan) On the evening of August 17, at the Yangzhou Canal Grand Theatre, a concert named after the Danube took place as scheduled. Two renowned artists from Romania – violinist Diana Gipa and pianist Stefan Doniga – presented a musical experience themed “Loveful Summer, Immersed in the Dreamy Danube”. Using works such as Ernestscu’s “Tarantera” and “Jasmine Flower”, these artists brought the Danube and the Grand Canal, located thousands of miles apart, together through their music.

Romania, known as the “Silver Crown of the Danube River”, is a musical melting pot nourished by this blue river. From Enescu to Lipatti, this land, with its unique folk traditions and classical heritage, plays soulful melodies for the world. Previously, the Bucharest Music Theatre in Romania and the Romanian DUO APERTO orchestra have performed classic pieces in Gaoyou. This concert features a strong lineup of musicians. Diana Gipa is the world’s first violinist to give a professional concert on the Antarctic continent. She set a Guinness World Record by completing a tour across seven continents in less than 100 days, and she received the highest award in Romanian music criticism – the “Excellence Award”. Stefan Doniga is the only Romanian pianist who has recorded a complete set of Scriabin piano masterpieces. His world’s first recording of Botokvitch piano concerto was highly recommended by the magazine Gramophone. This is their first time performing in Yang.

The concert repertoire is both profound and artfully crafted. At the beginning, “Tarantera” by George Enescu, the greatest Romanian composer, sets the stage and brings out the true “soul of Romania”. “Nocturne” by Ciprian Borlăvescu is well-known among Chinese audiences due to the documentary film about the composer; it is emotionally stirring and compelling. “Prelude No. 1” by Béla Bartók combines national traditions with a sense of imagination, presenting a passionate and dynamic performance. The final piece is Sarraschi’s “Fantasia for Carmen”, adapted from Bizet’s opera. It is one of the most challenging pieces for violinists in terms of technical difficulty, and it concludes the concert with great enthusiasm and brilliance.

The performances of two Chinese works were a warm surprise of that evening. The violin and piano version of “Moliya” adapted by Lang Lang brought a new vitality to the folk song through the delicate charm of the Jiangnan region. When “The Legend of Liang Zhu” was played, butterflies fluttering among the flowers appeared on the large screen. The English title “Butterfly Lovers” made the audience smile – without any words, the connection between love and beauty was evident. The biggest surprise of that evening was the world premiere of “Love in Romania”. Two artists collaborated to create a promotional video for Romania’s national culture and tourism sector. On the large screen, the beautiful scene of the two people playing together in golden fields was shown simultaneously. The music and visuals complemented each other perfectly, earning continuous applause from the audience. Before each piece was performed, the artists gave brief introductions, and large images related to the works were displayed on the screen. Cities, villages, and landscapes from Eastern Europe were shown, allowing the audience to experience the beauty of Romanian culture and nature through both auditory and visual experiences. One audience member said, “From the choice of pieces to the guided tour during the performance, from music to visuals, everything was carefully designed. This is a highly skilled performance.”

“I love beautiful Chinese music. I’m very happy to have the opportunity to perform ‘Liang Zhu’ this time,” said Diana Gipa. She carefully adjusted her violin playing techniques so that the sound produced had the characteristics of traditional Chinese instrument erhu. “Such music is truly wonderful!” Stefan Doniga told reporters from Grand Canal Media. He and his partner selected some classic pieces that best represent Romania and China, hoping that music could serve as a bridge between the people of both countries. Learning that Yangzhou is the birthplace of ‘Jasmine Flower’, he was extremely excited and expressed his desire to study Chinese folk music. “I hope to have the chance to create a complete Chinese music program. These melodies are worth presenting to the world – they represent the wealth of all humanity.”

“It’s an exciting journey that allows audiences to experience some of the most precious classic works from around the world. It touches the heart and inspires creativity. Through music, which is a universal language, we can be connected together,” said Liviu Călanu, Director of the Romanian Cultural Center in Beijing. Romania has the Danube River, while China has the Grand Canal. Culture may be the best link between these two rivers. He hopes to promote more cultural and artistic exchanges between Romania and China, thereby strengthening the bond between their peoples.

During their stay in Yangzhou, the delegation also visited the WCCO Secretariat.
