据美国联邦公报消息，2026年8月17日，美国环保署发布2026-16720号条例，豁免碳酸钙（Calcium Carbonate）的残留限量。
据条例，当碳酸钙按照标签说明和良好农业规范使用时，豁免其在所有食品中或食品上的残留限量。
此规定自2026年8月17日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2026年10月16日前提交申请。
