为推进市区慢行交通系统建设，提升非机动车通行的安全性、连贯性，邢州大街（东华路—滨江路）、太行路（团结大街—白马河桥）、泉北大街（滨江路—东华路）、兴达路（育英街—龙岗大街）非机动车道内的停车泊位将予以撤销，将非机动车道按照车速功能划分为电动自行车道和自行车道，以规范非机动车的通行秩序。
