五花肉试试这样做，腌制一下，拌一拌上锅蒸熟美味就端上桌了

很久没吃这道菜了，难得周末空有时间，去超市买来原料就开始做吧。这次用了喜爱的红薯垫底，蒸好的五花肉软烂又肥而不腻。虽然有一点点辣，但是小朋友也还是吃了两大块。平时不怎么吃肥肉的先生也吃了一些。确实口感挺好的！喜欢的朋友可以试试，垫底的红薯也可以换成南瓜，芋头等

在制作这道菜的时候最好选上好的五花肉，肥瘦相间口感好，太瘦的反而不是特别好吃。米粉可以到超市买现成的米粉，直接拌拌就可以上锅蒸。自己做也是可以，就是稍微麻烦那么一点点。

这次用新思特的微压锅做这道菜，确实很节省烹饪的时间。蒸出来的五花肉也非常的软烂，入口即化的感觉。这款锅子挺不错的，锅体不粘，可煎可炒可炖，加个蒸笼还可以蒸，真正的一锅多用！废话不多说，下边开始介绍菜谱的制作过程。

原料：

蒸肉粉、五花肉、葱、姜、料酒 、生抽、老抽、盐、红薯。

做法：

1、原料备用。

2、大花肉切大片，加入葱、姜、料酒 、生抽、老抽、盐。腌制入味。

3、红薯去皮，切大片，垫在蒸笼的底部。

4、腌制好的五花肉，均匀的粘上蒸肉米粉。

5、把肉片均匀的码在红薯块上。

6、蒸笼放入新思特微压锅内。

7、蒸半小时以上，五花肉用筷子轻戳就烂即可。

8、出锅撒上适量的葱花即可食用。
