格隆汇8月17日丨ＴＡＴＡ健康(01255.HK)公告，于2026年8月11日，公司获悉，公司前独立非执行董事陶志强("呈请人")于2026年8月11日向香港特别行政区高等法院提出针对公司的呈请(该"呈请")，要求高等法院下令将公司清盘。该呈请乃针对公司未能支付未偿付董事薪酬139,150.68港元("索赔")而提出。
