众生药业(002317.SZ)公告称，公司拟使用自有资金2826.21万美元向SouthernOrchard、SnowOwl、BioTrack收购其合计所持有的众生睿创12.06%股权。收购完成后，公司对众生睿创持股比例由77.12%提升至89.18%，众生睿创仍为控股子公司。本次交易构成关联交易，已获董事会审议通过。
