格隆汇8月17日丨远东控股国际(00036.HK)公布，集团预期将于截至2026年6月30日止6个月录得经审核溢利约1400万港元，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月则录得亏损约1800万港元。预期溢利主要由于该期间投资物业的公平值收益。
