8月17日，春风动力（603129）发布公告，赖国贵因个人原因申请辞去董事及董事会审计委员会、薪酬与考核委员会、战略决策委员会委员职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
同时，公司董事会召开会议，决定补选郭强为公司第六届董事会非独立董事。
2026年一季度，春风动力实现收入53.59亿元，归母净利润4.23亿元。
