8月17日，根据TrendForce集邦咨询最新AI Server产业研究，在AI基础设施的建设浪潮下，以NVIDIA、AMD、Google为首的AI芯片持续迭代，单芯片的热设计功耗（TDP）普遍已超越1kW，整柜式AI Server方案的功率更攀升至数百kW，液冷散热逐步成为高端AI基础设施的标准配置。TrendForce集邦咨询预估，2026年液冷在AI芯片的渗透率将达53%，2027年有望逼近60%。
