据中国光谷消息，近日，神州半导体科技股份有限公司(简称“神州半导体”)落户光谷存算双创园，建设华中总部及研发中心，开展半导体射频电源、匹配器等产品研发。目前，神州半导体正在光谷注册全资子公司，项目预计明年一季度正式投入运营。
