对于近期网传的上海楼市最新政策，上海房地产交易中心有最新回应：非沪籍置换性购房并未出台新政。
境外人士卖出上海全部房产后，可重新购买一套住房，无需提交社保/个税证明与劳动合同，但仍需签署境外个人购房自住承诺书。该口径于2026年7月29日起执行。
此外，非沪籍卖唯一住房全市换购免社保，自2024年5月28日执行；非沪籍卖多套中的一套、同环线换购免社保，自2026年2月26日执行。
