IT之家 8 月 17 日消息，综合外媒 bleepingcomputer，Anthropic Claude 目前出现大规模服务故障，多名用户反馈无法正常登录，Anthropic 旗下多项服务的运行性能也受到影响。
根据 Anthropic 通报，此次故障于 2026 年 8 月 17 日 5:58（北京时间）左右开始，目前影响 Claude.ai、Claude Code 和 Claude Cowork 等服务。
Anthropic 表示，最初公司表示正在调查部分用户无法通过身份验证登录 Claude.ai、Claude Code 和 Claude Cowork 的问题。之后相应问题演变成了平台大规模服务故障，受影响的用户可能遇到无法登录平台、Claude 页面无法加载、请求无法完成等各类错误。
目前，Anthropic 状态页面已将 Claude.ai、Claude Code 和 Claude Cowork 标记为“大规模服务故障（Major Outage）”。相比之下，Claude Console 和 Claude API 目前仍显示运行正常。
Anthropic 尚未公布此次故障的具体原因，截至IT之家发稿目前仍在调查相关问题。
