8月16日，永和股份（605020）发布公告称，今年上半年拟计提2,217.27万元商誉减值。
2022年12月，公司以2.8亿元收购江西石磊氟化工有限责任公司（后更名为会昌永和科技发展有限公司，以下简称“会昌永和”）100%股权，本次收购完成后，形成合并报表商誉1.32亿元。本次计提减值准备后商誉账面价值10,957.18万元。
