齐鲁网·闪电新闻8月16日讯近日，广东东莞召开《东莞市市容和环境卫生管理条例》颁布实施新闻发布会，其中明确，随地吐痰，便溺，乱扔果皮、纸屑、烟蒂、口香糖以及各种食品包装物等废弃物的，责令改正，处100元以上1000元以下罚款。该条例将于2026年9月1日起施行。（南方都市报）
