天津海洋中心气象台于2026年08月16日11时20分发布海上大风蓝色预警信号：受对流云团影响，预计今天中午到前半夜，天津港海域、南港海域、天津港锚地海域、渤海中部海域将有阵风7-9级，个别点10级以上，请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。
