8月14日，宝莱特（300246）发布公告，董事兼副总裁张道国因个人原因辞去非独立董事职务，之后将继续担任副总裁和有源制造系统总经理职务。
董事兼财务总监许薇同样因个人原因辞去非独立董事职务，之后将继续担任财务总监及财金系统总经理职务。
公司董事会拟提名吴佳、刘佳为第九届董事会非独立董事，任期至董事会届满。
2026年一季度，宝莱特实现收入2.43亿元，归母净利润-732万元。
