8月13日，金能科技在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，公司成功开发三大系列聚丙烯新产品，如以RP218G为代表的高透明瓶盖专用料、以EP300HB、EP548R、EP548U为代表的抗冲共聚聚丙烯、HP552R、HP565S细旦丝丙纶纤维专用料。针对美的所需牌号，现阶段暂未安排生产。
