龙资源公告称，2026年8月13日，澳洲联邦法院已颁令批准公司重组计划，计划当日生效，股份于同日下午4时10分停止买卖。计划实施仍须获联交所批准，预计9月2日实施，届时公司股份将撤销上市，新控股公司龙金资源股份将以介绍方式于主板上市，股份简称和代码不变，每手买卖单位仍为1000股。新控股公司股份股票预计9月1日前寄发。
