绿色电能集团公告称，公司更改名称议案于6月22日获股东大会通过，英文名由“Acme International Holdings Limited”改为“Green Power Group Limited”，中文名由“益美国际控股有限公司”改为“绿色电能集团有限公司”。自8月18日上午9时起，股份简称将变更为“GREEN POWER GP”和“绿色电能集团”，股票代码“1870”不变。公司网站将改为“greenpowergroup.com.hk”，公司标志变更已于8月13日生效。现有股票继续有效。
