8月13日，利和兴（301013）发布公告，王朝阳因个人原因申请辞去董事会秘书职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
同时，公司召开董事会，同意聘任吴梅山担任董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至公司第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
2026年一季度，利和兴实现收入1.40亿元，归母净利润322万元。
