8月13日，ST麦趣（002719）发布公告，原定于2026年8月18日披露2026年半年报，由于半年度报告工作量大、过程繁杂，为进一步完善报告编制和复核工作，经向深圳证券交易所申请，公司将2026年半年报披露时间延期至2026年8月28日。
2026年一季度，ST麦趣实现收入1.28亿元，归母净利润-1318万元。
