格隆汇8月13日｜新秀丽(1910.HK)盘中拉升涨超7%，报14.58港元。消息面上，新秀丽公布，以现金代价1.785亿美元收购Beis的85%股权，收购事项将于今年第四季成交。成交时，新秀丽及Home Beis将分别拥有Beis的85%及15%权益，而Beis亦将会成为公司的附属公司。Beis拥有由演员兼企业家Shay Mitchell于2018年创立，并由Beach House Group培育的领先生活时尚及旅游品牌BÉIS, LLC。
